I realized I have not posted a recipe in ages! Lately I've been getting into eating RAW vegan foods, I feel so much lighter and healthier as a result. A great site is www.goneraw.com for recipes. This came from that site, it is absolutely delicious!
5 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup raisins, soaked until soft
1 cup cashews
3 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
¼ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup water
Blend the dressing ingredients until smooth. Then pour over the broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds and raisins. Mix well.
